How to Take:
Take 1 capsule per day at breakfast. Place the capsule in the coffee machine. The capsules are compatible with Nescafé® and Dolce Gusto® systems. Prepare the drink by diluting the contents in 50-100ml of hot water. Drink immediately after preparation.
